LEt’S GO

Ready to take your creativity to the next level? The PINtern Program is your backstage pass to real-world production experience. At PINstudios, we believe in cultivating the next generation of storytellers. As a PINtern, you’ll work closely with our experienced team, get hands-on with professional gear, and learn how to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content for top clients—all while building your portfolio and sharpening your skills.

Program Details

Duration: 6 months

Time Commitment: 10-15 hours/week (varies based on production schedule)

Location: Primarily in-office at our studio in Tea, SD, plus on-set locations.

Compensation: Unpaid internship with opportunities for paid roles on select shoots.

Note: This is an unpaid internship designed for skill-building and mentorship. While there is no guarantee of employment at the end of the program, PINterns may continue to work as subcontractors on future shoots.

What You’ll Gain

Hands-On Experience: Go behind the scenes on commercial shoots, brand stories, live events, and more.

Mentorship & Training: Learn directly from our Creative Director and Lead Cinematographer/Editor, gaining valuable tips, tricks, and industry insights.

Creative Development: Start with guided assignments and gradually pitch your own creative ideas.

Career-Building Portfolio: Produce real-world BTS footage and social-ready edits to showcase your talent.

Paid Opportunities: Get the chance to earn as a camera operator or second shooter on select projects ($19/hr or $300 flat rate gigs).

We’re looking for aspiring creatives who:
